As a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent, we provide the following services:

- Obtain all signatures, initials and completion of documents
- Notarize documents as required (Acknowledgments and Jurats)
- Ability to print e-docs (Laser Printer)
- Pick-up and Delivery of Loan Documents in a timely manner
You must have proper identification as required by law
The ONLY Acceptable Forms of Identification must have the same name or
LONGER than the name as it appears on the document to be signed, and
are as follows:
- An identification card or driver’s license issued by the California DMV
- A passport issued by the Department of State of the United States
- A passport issued by a foreign government (stamped by U.S. INS or CIS)
- A driver’s license issued by another state, or by a Canadian or Mexican
public agency authorized to issue drivers’ licenses
- An identification card issued by another State
- A United States military identification card with the required photograph,
description, signature and identifying number
- An inmate identification card issued by the Department of Corrections and
Rehabilitation, if the inmate is in custody
- An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State
of California, or by an agency or office of a city or county in this state
Credible witnesses (2 people who personally know the signer and have
acceptable ID) may be used when signer does not possess an acceptable form of
identification.
The above forms of Identification shall either be current or have been issued within five years and shall contain a photograph and description of the person
named on it, shall be signed by the person, shall bear a serial or other identifying
number
